Switched to an include system for the nav bar, and added a language page - though it has no content. recategorized conlang as a subcategory of lang, and added the char page to the navbar

added toggles for font and crt effect. also at some point i added the crt effect but i never put that update in here so ig i did that too

cleaned stuff up, reformatted some pages, and compressed images.

added music player, polished existing styled pages.

posted new format pages to site. reinventing as a little more unique.
